CANCELLATION POLICY

Forgetting or cancelling appointments without giving enough notice, cause our providers to lose the opportunity to fill appointment times, and leave other clients waiting for appointments miss out on receiving services. So that we can properly serve you and other clients, appointments with Charleston Aesthetics is subject to the following terms.

 

All treatments will require a $50 credit card hold at the time of scheduling. Your card will not be charged if you attend your appointment or reschedule within 24 business-hours of the start of your scheduled appointment.

 

If you arrive late for your appointment, or if you do not adhere to the pre-service instructions provided, and that prevents our team from providing the full scope of service(s) you are scheduled for, you may incur a charge of up to 50% of the scheduled service(s).

 

To keep your time spent at check-in to a minimum, complete your consent form prior to your appointment. Forms are included in your confirmation email(s).

 

If you cannot make your scheduled appointment, please let us know 24 business-hours prior to your appointment so that you do not incur a 50% charge of your scheduled service.

BUSINESS HOURS

Monday through Thursday - 8am to 5pm

Friday - 8am to 3pm

TREATMENT HOURS

Monday through Thursday - 830am to 430pm

Friday - 830am to 230pm
