Makeup can be worn 24 hours after treatment if there are no areas of active oozing or warmness.

 

There are no restrictions on bathing except to treat the skin gently. A hot shower should be avoided for 24 hours.

Avoid scrubbing the treated area for at least 5-7 days.

​

No shaving the face or using exfoliants up to 5 days after treatment. No waxing the face for 2-3 weeks after treatment.

​

Avoid sun exposure to reduce the chance of hyperpigmentation (darker pigment).

​

The use of sunscreen containing zinc oxide must be worn 24 hours after your procedure, and for the duration of the healing period.

​

Make sure that you are sleeping on a clean pillowcase for 3-4 days after procedure.

​

No swimming for up to 5 days after your treatment.
