DERMAPLANING

As a safe, non-invasive treatment, dermaplaning removes weeks of build up of dead skin cells resulting in skin that feels fresh. Some of the immediate benefits are a brighter and more even complexion, removal of vellus hairs (peach fuzz) , and reduction of breakouts.

ENZYME PEELS

Enzyme peels are exfoliators that clear pores in a less 'intense' way than other resurfacing treatments like microdermabrasion or ResurFx. Most peels will have the added benefit of added hydration, leaving a smooth and luminous skin surface behind.

GUA SHA

Gua sha is of Chinese origin and uses a smooth-edged tool to relieve tension and reduce inflammation. Though this method is not new, the benefits in facial aesthetics are relatively new. The gentle scraping with the gua sha has been shown to improve circulation and stimulate collagen production.

HIGH FREQUENCY

High frequency gently warms the skin using Neon and Argon gases to improve circulation and cellular turnover. Neon gas (orange) treats wrinkles, tightens skin, and shrinks the appearance of enlarged pores, while argon gas (violet) is used to treat acneic skin and kill bacteria.

SKIN SCRAPER

Skin scraper is a tool designed for deep exfoliation, using ultrasonic waves to loosen and draw out excess dead skin cells, debris, and comedones. Since pore size is determined by genetics, the best way to reduce the appearance of pores is to dislodge the debris to effectively shrink their size.
